With the collapse of communism in the early 1990's, God called upon the hearts of Pastor George Ray and his wife Trish to establish EEMF for the purpose of raising money in support indigenous young men and women who are planting and building churches in Eastern Europe. Many times the relationship begins with EEMF supporting them while they are studying at Bible Colleges and Seminaries in their native lands. So far EEMF has planted 7 churches in Eastern Europe and is in the process of planting 2 additional congregations. Members of Trinity have been blessed on a number of occasions to accomplish short term missions trips in support of these newly planted churches. The main fund raiser for EEMF is an annual golf tournament held on the North Shore.
