		John Reddy - Associate Pastor / Children's Pastor Born in New England, John first attended Trinity Evangelical Church in December 1990. Since that time, John has served in a variety of roles. He discovered his greatest pleasure in meeting the needs of children and their families. As such, he was called as Associate Pastor for Children & Families in 2001. Joining him in ministry are his wife Teresa, a pediatric rehabilitation nurse, two sons and a daughter. With education in respiratory therapy, accounting, and healthcare administration, John is currently working towards a Master’s in Divinity degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Ministry Team Members

Each member of our Children's Ministry team has one thing in common: a passion for children and their families. Coming together with a heart to love God and a desire to work with children, we are organized in teams serving throughout the week based on several key principles.

Ministry to others is the heart of the Christian life. How God has made us (our "S.H.A.P.E.") determines what He intends for each of us to do as we serve children and families. God has given each of us gifts that can be developed and used in ministry to children. We believe that everyone is a "10" in some area. Everyone has something to offer. And, as a result, developing and using one's gifts is an act of good stewardship and of service. The evidence of the right match between each of our unique "S.H.A.P.E.s" and our ministry to children is both fulfillment and results. Because we believe that the church is a family, not a business; an organism not an organization, we streamline our structure in order to maximize ministry and minimize maintenance. We do not bury ministries under procedures.
